División Interamericana

División Interamericana

La División Interamericana abarca a México, el Caribe, América Central y los cinco países más septentrionales de Sudamérica. Esta división tiene más de 3,5 millones de miembros, lo que la convierte en el territorio con mayor número de feligreses.

En esta división hay alrededor de 11.000 iglesias adventistas, en medio de una población de casi 280 millones de habitantes.

La División Interamericana cuenta con trece universidades adventistas. La región también opera trece hospitales de importancia, ubicados en Belice, Curazao, Guyana, Haití, Honduras, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, República Dominicana, Trinidad, Venezuela, y tres en México.

Otra organización de importancia en esta división es el Seminario Teológico Adventista Interamericano, que ofrece educación religiosa de posgrado a pastores y docentes en los diversos campus de diez universidades y seminarios adventistas afiliados. Servicios Adventistas de Salud en Interamérica sirve como una asociación de todas las instituciones adventistas de salud en el territorio.

En un esfuerzo por compartir el evangelio en toda la región, la División Interamericana opera nueve centros de medios, siete estaciones de radio y numerosos ministerios de radio por Internet.
