They feature stories about the Seventh-day Adventist family of God. They are designed to introduce viewers of all ages to the Adventist Church. They will be released on the first Friday of every month and hosted by Dick Duerksen. These first editions focus on Sarawak and Irian Jaya. (Technical Note: If you have the M-200C receiver, your system will be automated to change channels and pick up this program. If you need to manually change channels, there will be one to two minutes to allow for this change.) Saturday, July 8 (ET--11 a.m. - 4 p.m.) (CT--10 a.m. - 3 p.m.) (MT--9 a.m. - 2 p.m.) (PT--8 a.m. - 1 p.m.) Galaxy 7 Channel 9 Worship Service Speaker: President of the General Conference; Impact Utrecht 95 Youth Festival, and Parade of Nations, GC Session Closing Program Automation for ACN Satellites ACN sites with the Chaparral M-200C will be automated for the GC broadcasts at the following times Tuesday, June 27--2-2:15 a.m. and again on Thursday, June 29 from 11:45 a.m. to noon. This information is provided so you will be sure to have your satellite on the Home Channel (Galaxy 4, Channel 11) at these times. If these events are not in your receiver after these dates, you will need to program the events yourself or manually operate the system. (D. Janssen) VCR Taping Setup Most of the General Conference Broadcasts are more than three hours. If you want to put the entire program on one T-120 video cassette (recommended for this event) you will need to set your VCR to the LP speed. This will allow you just over four hours per cassette. The speed should be set when you put in a new tape cassette. This speed setting will work for most days. There are several days, however, that will need tape or speed changes, if you hope to record all broadcasts.
