Kasamong Khiang

When Kasamong Khiang first met Choif Ong, he didn't realize that Ong hated Christians. In fact, nine Adventists had to leave their homes in Ong's Bangladesh village because he threatened their lives. But that was six months earlier. On this day, Ong's son is dying and the chickens and goats he sacrificed to his idols haven't made a difference. Then someone told Ong the Christians could help his son. Ong was desparate, so he carried his sick son to Khiang, a Global Mission Pioneer for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Bangladesh. Khiang used his own money to buy medicine for Ong's son, gave Ong instructions and, seven days later, Ong came to Khiang with a smile on his face. Khiang saw Ong become a faithful Christian and the healed son is now attending church school, learning about the God who saved him.
