Crownpoint, New Mexico, United States, has about 2,600 residents, and one Global Mission pioneer: Sam Hubbard. Nearly 90 percent of the population is Native American, and Sam is fluent in the Navajo (Diné) language, which some people there speak. On his first Sabbath in Crownpoint, Hubbard brought three people to church; now, he escorts 24 people from four families to weekly worship services. Eleven other families are getting hope from Bible studies Sam delivers in this small town that sits 1.3 miles above sea level. Sam is doing what Jesus commanded, going into all the world, and making disciples of all people.
